CHARGE DE RECRUTEMENT ADMINISTRATIF ONSITE H/F
Tourcoing, France Apply for RoleVous êtes en charge des éléments administratifs nécessaires à l’activité du site, et vous assurez la collecte et la fiabilité des documents dans le respect de process normés.
Vos missions :
- Informer les candidats et intérimaires sur leurs statuts, leurs droits et obligations, les règles de sécurité applicables, la gestion administrative courante de leurs contrats de travail (mutuelle, ticket restaurant)
- Collecter les éléments nécessaires à la constitution des dossiers de délégation et de mise à disposition, s’assurer de leur fiabilité et de leur complétude
- Procéder à la mise à jour de la base de données et veiller à la cohérence des informations enregistrées
- Rédiger les contrats de mission et de mise à disposition ainsi que les renouvellements
- Assurer le suivi contractuel des intérimaires tout au long de leur mission par la relance des relevés d’heure et par l’envoi systématique d’une réponse argumentée aux diverses sollicitations
- Recueillir et transmettre les données de gestion au centre/pôle de gestion référent
- Collecter l’ensemble des éléments de paie dans les délais et les transmettre aux services adéquats
- Veiller et relancer la facturation
- Contribuer à la synergie du recrutement avec les interlocuteurs internes par un suivi des éléments contractuels actualisés et fiabilisés
- Anticiper les échéances contractuelles de paye et facturation et alerter les interlocuteurs internes si nécessaire
Principales compétences métier :
Expérience en gestion administrative et contractuelle dans le domaine des services aux entreprises appréciée.
Vous êtes orientés résultat, la satisfaction Client est au coeur de vos préoccupations et vous êtes réactif et disponible.
