Notre filiale Adecco Médical, spécialiste des ressources humaines dans le secteur de la santé depuis plus de 50 ans, accompagne les professionnels médicaux et paramédicaux dans leur carrière (intérim, CDD, CDI).
Aujourd’hui, nous recherchons un(e) Responsable Recrutement pour notre agence de Toulon pour un CDD de 6 mois

Partenaire de nos clients et candidats, vos missions principales sont :
✅ Relation client
Accueillez, identifiez et analysez les attentes et besoins des clients afin de leur proposer la solution adaptée
Accompagnez, suivez, et fidélisez vos clients pour développer des relations commerciales durables.
✅ Recrutement
Gérez le recrutement, la délégation, l’intégration et le suivi des missions
Accompagnez, suivez et fidélisez les intérimaires et candidats.
✅ Gestion administrative & planning
Assurez la gestion administrative des dossiers (contrats, documents réglementaires).
Assurer la gestion des plannings des missions pour garantir la satisfaction des clients et des intérimaires, et pour pouvoir anticiper les besoins et optimiser votre activité.
✅ Reporting
Suivez et analysez votre activité via nos outils digitaux pour garantir performance et qualité.
Ce que nous vous offrons :
Salaire fixe entre 26K€ et 27,3K€ sur 13 mois + variable motivant.
Tickets restaurant, RTT, 1 jour offert pour votre anniversaire.
