- Lead comprehensive performance marketing strategy, ensuring the successful deployment of paid, and organic search campaigns.
- Develop and manage prospecting, existing account expansion and remarketing strategy for digital channels that drive results.
- Utilize your SEO expertise to drive organic growth to drive business impact in the ever-changing search landscape.
- Oversee and optimize budgets and campaign performance across platforms, achieving strong return on investment (ROI) and customer acquisition cost (CAC) goals.
- Identify new digital opportunities to exceed performance targets.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration, including design and content, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Track performance metrics, report results, and adjust strategies for traffic across key accounts and conversion KPIs.
- Manage our paid and SEO agency to ensure optimal budget spending
- Consistently present performance insights and recommendations.
- 5-7 years relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, technical fields, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in managing performance marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Linkedin, and funnel campaigns) in a scale environment
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems, ideally Salesforce.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analyzing marketing performance and adapting strategies accordingly.
- Deep understanding of SEO technologies and trends, including AI's influence on search behavior and emerging voice-search capabilities.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Collaborative approach with a willingness to work as part of a team.
- Experience with essential SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and screamingfrog.
