Mistä vastaat tässä roolissa?Senior Recruitment -konsulttina vastaat teollisuuden, logistiikan ja asiakaspalvelun rekrytointi- ja henkilöstövuokraustoimeksiannoista. Päiväsi koostuvat muun muassa:
- Asiakassuhteiden rakentamisesta ja kehittämisestä
- Osaajien etsinnästä ja rekrytointiprosessin kokonaisvaltaisesta hallinnasta
- Työntekijöiden työsuhdeasioiden hoidosta ja tuesta
- Tiimityöstä ja yhteistyöstä myynnin ja muiden kollegoidesi kanssa
Tämä on unelmapesti sinulle, joka nautit vaihtelevasta työstä, osaat organisoida ja priorisoida tehokkaasti sekä viihdyt ihmisten parissa. Menestyt roolissa, jos:
- Sinulla on vahvaa kokemusta henkilöstövuokrauspalvelusta ja rekrytoinneista ja/tai henkilöstöpalvelualalta
- Sinulla on intohimoa oppia eri yritysten liiketoimintaa osana henkilöstöresursointia
- Pidät asiakaslähtöisestä työotteesta ja verkostoituminen on sinulle luontevaa
- Olet ratkaisukeskeinen, paineensietokykyinen ja oma-aloitteinen
- Hallitset sujuvasti suomen ja englannin kielet
- Sinulla on ajokortti ja oma auto asiakkaiden luona vierailuun
