About the role

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior HR Specialist to join our team at Adecco's Taipei office. If you are passionate about shaping HR strategies and driving business success, we'd love to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing

The Senior HR Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring smooth and compliant HR operations across Adecco Group Taiwan. This position is primarily responsible for payroll administration, employee lifecycle operations, HR documentation management, and regulatory compliance, while also serving as the key HR contact for the Staffing & Outsourcing internal employee population.

The incumbent will act as an important HR operations backbone to maintain process accuracy, service consistency, and employee support across the organization.

Payroll Administration & Compensation Execution

  • Manage and process monthly payroll for all internal employees in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Review attendance, leave records, overtime, variable payment data, insurance deductions, tax related items, and final payroll reconciliation.
  • Coordinate closely with Finance on payroll payment, payroll reporting, and monthly reconciliation.
  • Support annual payroll related activities including year-end tax filing, labor insurance adjustments, salary certificates, and compensation documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all employee payroll and compensation records.

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Administration

  • Maintain and centralize employee personal files, labor contracts, personnel records, and all HR related documentation.
  • Handle end-to-end employee lifecycle administration including onboarding, offboarding, probation confirmation, transfer, promotion, and employee status changes.
  • Ensure all HR administrative processes are executed accurately and aligned with internal policies.
  • Maintain and update employee information in HRIS and other HR tracking systems.
  • Prepare regular HR documentation and administrative support required by management.

HR Compliance & Documentation Governance

  • Ensure HR operational practices and documentation are in compliance with Taiwan labor regulations and Adecco Group internal policies.
  • Maintain validity and proper filing of all HR and corporate related licenses/documents, including recruitment licenses, recruiter licenses, expatriate visa/work permit documentation, and other required statutory records.
  • Support internal and external audit preparation by ensuring completeness of HR files, employee records, and required supporting documents.
  • Monitor and improve HR documentation control and filing discipline.

HR Support for Staffing & Outsourcing Internal Employees

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for Staffing & Outsourcing department internal employees on day-to-day HR matters.
  • Support employee lifecycle administration, probation follow-up, personnel movement, employee inquiries, and manager coordination for the assigned employee group.
  • Partner with line managers to ensure smooth execution of HR policies, documentation, and employee related procedures.
  • Provide timely HR guidance and administrative support to maintain positive employee experience and operational consistency.

HR Reporting, Process Coordination & Continuous Improvement

  • Prepare HR reports, employee data analysis, payroll summaries, and ad hoc reports as required.
  • Support standardization and continuous improvement of HR operational workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce manual errors.
  • Coordinate with other HR team members to ensure seamless HR service delivery and process alignment.
  • Participate in HR projects and process enhancement initiatives when required.

Job Requirements

  • Around 5 years of relevant experience in payroll administration, HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
  • Solid knowledge of Taiwan labor law, labor insurance, health insurance, payroll calculation, and HR documentation control.
  • Strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and strong sense of confidentiality.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and handle routine operational deadlines effectively.
  • Good coordination and communication skills with both employees and line managers.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in multinational companies is preferred.
