Provide end-to-end accountabilities for all regional IT and Digital activities, including strategic business partnering, digital enablement, application development and support, portfolio and project delivery, IT financial management, and governance, risk, and compliance

Role Summary: 
The VP Head of IT & Digital, ANZ is accountable for all regional IT and Digital activities across ANZ (Australia & New Zealand). This includes strategic business partnering, digital enablement, project and portfolio delivery, IT financial management, governance, risk, and compliance for the sub region.

This role requires a seasoned IT leader with extensive experience in building, leading, and transforming high-performing teams, and in partnering closely with senior business leaders to identify business challenges and opportunities. The role will work collaboratively with Global and Regional IT teams to design and deliver technology solutions that drive sustainable revenue growth, operational efficiency, and competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities: 
•    Strategic Leadership & Business Partnership 
•    Act as the single point of accountability for all IT and Digital matters for ANZ. 
•    Partner closely with regional business leaders to understand strategic priorities, identify business challenges, and co-create pragmatic IT and digital solutions that drive top-line growth and bottom-line performance. 
•    Translate business strategies into clear, actionable IT roadmaps aligned with Group IT strategy and architectural standards. 
•    Serve as a member of the Asia Pacific ITD Leadership Team, with shared accountability for shaping and executing the Group IT strategy across the region.

Regional IT & Digital Transformation 
•    Drive the transformation of the regional business and operating model through innovative digital, data, and automation initiatives by partnering with our global or regional team. 
•    Lead and govern digital innovation initiatives across the region, ensuring measurable business outcomes and value realization. 
•    Ensure effective collaboration with Global and Regional IT teams providing shared services, including infrastructure and core enterprise platforms.

Delivery Excellence & Operational Management 
•    Ensure the successful delivery, deployment, and adoption of new and enhanced IT services, solutions, and applications, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business impact. 
•    Oversee application development, support, and service management to ensure stability, scalability, security, and compliance. 
•    Lead change management, user enablement, and training activities to maximize adoption and value from technology investments. 
•    Own regional IT financial management, including budgeting, cost optimization, and benefits realization.  

Leadership & Talent Development 
•    Establish, lead, and continuously strengthen a high-performing Regional IT Leadership Team. 
•    Build organizational capability across the region, with particular focus on business partnering, project and program management, and digital skills. 
•    Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and performance-driven culture across geographically and culturally diverse teams.

Governance & Stakeholder Management 
•    Represent IT at regional board and steering committee forums, providing clear, concise, and executive-level communication. 
•    Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders across business, IT, and external partners. 
•    Ensure adherence to Group IT governance, risk management, security, and compliance standards.  

About you  
•    Minimum 12 years in an IT leadership role of comparable scope and complexity, with 18+ years of overall professional experience. 
•    Demonstrated experience leading IT organizations within medium to large, multinational enterprises, with exposure to global strategies and large-scale transformation programs. 
•    Proven track record in identifying business opportunities and delivering innovative digital and technology solutions that create measurable business value. 
•    Strong experience in senior stakeholder engagement, including executive and board-level interactions. 
•    Background in managing complex business relationships across multicultural and multinational environments. 
•    Demonstrated ability to present complex technical and strategic topics clearly to senior leadership. 
•    Recognized success in delivering against a strategic and transformational agenda. 
•    Excellent university degree in business, technology, or a related discipline.

•    Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 30%). 
•    Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
