The Senior Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving brand strategy, lead generation, and overall marketing performance across the business. We are looking for someone who is hands-on and can ensure our marketing plan comes to life.
This role is responsible for managing the brand, maintaining consistent messaging and positioning across all channels, and delivering measurable marketing outcomes aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will be data-driven, detail-oriented, proactive, creative, and able to multi-task and perform under pressure. A strong understanding of the recruitment industry will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Brand Management
•    Develop and execute brand strategy to enhance market positioning and brand equity.
•    Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels, materials, and communications.
•    Manage brand guidelines and oversee creative development.

Lead Generation & Campaigns
•    Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads.
•    Collaborate with sales and recruitment teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
•    Monitor and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights.

Digital Marketing & Content
•    Oversee digital channels including website, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media.
•    Manage content strategy and production to support thought leadership and engagement.
•    Leverage marketing automation tools to streamline workflows and improve ROI.

Performance & Reporting
•    Define and track clear KPIs across all marketing initiatives.
•    Prepare regular reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
•    Use analytics to inform strategy and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

Stakeholder Engagement
•    Work closely with internal stakeholders including recruitment consultants, sales, and senior leadership.
•    Manage external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing outputs.
•    Support internal communications and employer branding initiatives.

Skills & Experience
•    Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within recruitment, professional services, or B2B sectors.
•    Strong understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, and lead generation.
•    Proficiency in marketing platforms (i.e. SalesForce, Pardot, Sitecore, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
•    Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
•    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

•    Lead generation volume and quality
•    Campaign ROI and conversion rates
•    Brand awareness and engagement metrics
•    Website traffic and SEO performance
•    Social media growth and engagement
•    Internal stakeholder satisfaction

Management
•    Guide and support the Digital Marketing Manager (returning from parental leave) and the Marketing Coordinator. This includes providing setup, guidance, and support on the Marketing Automation project.
