Financial Accountabilities:
• Increase site profit by ensuring that fill rates are kept at the required level.
• Actively work to increase margin whenever possible in the onsite branch.
• Ensure all WorkCover legislation and Adecco policy requirements are met to reduce the financial impact of injuries.
• Work proactively with relevant shared services departments such as Legal, P&C, IR, Marketing, HR WHS and Finance to ensure the growth of profitable, sustainable business.
Financial accountabilities are measured by reliability % fill rate, GM/EVA results for onsite branch, Evidence of increased retention figures, Repeat job placement evidence.
Operations/Compliance Accountabilities:
• Attend all training and operations meetings as required.
• Ensure that data integrity and timeliness is maintained in all activities including sourcing, assignment creation and compliance.
• Complete all reporting and documentation requirements as requested.
• Accurate calculation of rates for clients and associates.
• Read, understand and ensure that all of Adecco’s policies, procedures and quality systems are adhered to.
• Understanding and adherence to all EEO, privacy and other applicable legislation at all times.
• Ensure that all activities in relation to the candidate process meet Adecco’s compliance standards in relation to:
o References, license, and background checking
o Relevant testing
o System compliance
o Verification of Working Entitlements
o Pre employment checks e.g. Working with Children, Police Checks etc
o Review of Health Questionnaire to ensure there are no concerns
o Ensure the completion of a full induction and all related paperwork
o Peoplesoft compliance
• Perform any required payroll and associated function for the onsite branch as required.
• Achieve activity standards on a daily/weekly/monthly basis as required and directed.
• Completion of KPI entry in relevant system in timely manner.
• Maintain data integrity in all required systems.
Operations/Compliance accountabilities are measured by attendance records, compliance audits, weekly/monthly and ad-hoc reports, % of errors, client feedback, compliance to legislation, associate disputes/grievances, feedback from management, compliance audits, spot checks, PeopleSoft records, 100% compliance with OH&S legislation, satisfactory audit results, timely completion of payroll, accuracy and evidence of KPI achievement
People Accountabilities:
• Embracing teamwork within your own site and overall Amazon Australia Team.
• Building strong and professional relationships with Adecco colleagues across the business as well as with customer representatives.
• Seeking to continuously improve own performance by attending and participating in training as it is made available.

Customer Accountabilities:
• All Start and End of Shift activities – emails, phone diversions etc
• Daily absence management and replacements
• Daily attending reporting
• Onboarding Activities – including admin tasks, PPE distribution, NHO & Adecco onboarding requirements for new starters onsite
• Daily Roster changes
• Weekly Roster scheduling
• Site & Adecco admin tasks – payroll, timesheets, punches & daily trackers
• Manage PPE allocations
• Safety Activity & Injury/Incident Management and reporting
• STEP Program & Performance Management
• Associate Engagement, floor walks, time off task discussions and above STEP and Performance management engagement
• Associate Compliance – Work rights, Workpro modules & Health Questionnaire
Quality Accountabilities:
• Drive a culture of compliance and accountability within the region across all areas including (but not limited to) Finance, WHS, IR, Legal, Quality and P&C
• Work collaboratively with shared services functions in resolving complex customer issues and other quality related issues
• Promote and drive continual improvement in data integrity and utilisation of our technology solutions including SalesForce and PeopleSoft
• Quality accountabilities are measured through internal audit results, timely resolution of Quality Issues assigned to their business unit, number of claims or disputes initiated by clients, candidates or third parties
Other Accountabilities:
• Qualifications and Experience in Recruitment Industry experience (preferred)
• Relevant service industry experience
