Für unseren Standort in Stuttgart suchen wir einen (Senior)Key Account Manager*in (m/w/d) im Bereich Freelance Enterprise.
In dieser Position liegt Dein Fokus auf der Betreuung und dem Ausbau unserer bestehenden Enterprise-Kunden im Freelance-Bereich. Gleichzeitig bringst Du Deine Stärke in der Gewinnung neuer Key Accounts ein und entwickelst unser Netzwerk gezielt weiter.
Was Sie tun werden
- Bestandskunden im Fokus: Strategische Betreuung, Ausbau und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Key Accounts im Enterprise-Umfeld
- Neukunden gewinnen: Identifikation und Akquise namhafter Unternehmen im Freelance-/Contracting-Bereich
- Sales & Vertragsmanagement: Verantwortung für Angebote, Preiskalkulation sowie Verhandlung von Rahmenverträgen
- Bedarfe verstehen & Lösungen platzieren: Analyse von Projektanforderungen und passgenaue Besetzung mit Freelance-Expert:innen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit: Steuerung des gesamten Besetzungsprozesses gemeinsam mit dem Recruiting-Team inkl. Begleitung von Interviews
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit relevantem Hintergrund
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im B2B-Sales, idealerweise im Freelance-/Contracting-Umfeld
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Freelance-Kandidat:innen und ein gutes Gespür für passende Besetzungen
- Kommunikationsstarkes Auftreten sowie Verhandlungssicherheit auf Entscheider-Ebene
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sowie eine eigenständige, flexible Arbeitsweise
