LHH Europe Head of Sales (Europe Remote - location TBD)

The Head of Sale Europe drives growth across verticals for UK&I and European countries with large and global accounts through the Global Account Directors team.

This role will work with vertical country leads to drive growth in different account segments (e.g., Global Enterprise, Large National Enterprise, SME). They are responsible for lead generation strategy, working with in-country marketing teams to activate the strategy and to adapt marketing for each country (e.g., website). They will provide input to vertical product teams to develop products that meet market requirements, based on customer feedback.

The primary metrics for this role will be topline performance selected large & strategic accounts; new customer acquisition; key account: penetration, renewal rates, customer satisfaction, and percentage of cross-sell.

  • UK, Switzerland, Spain, Germany, or Italy

Travel:

  • 50% Travel

Language:

  • Fluency in English required, any other European language is a plus

In this role you can expect to

Key Accountabilities

  • Monitor the core partnerships, oversee the client relationship with a focus on C-level, account strategy and growth plan. ​ 
  • Foster daily engagement with the client, engaging across client geographies and business units to deliver on the growth plan and exchange best practices. ​ 
  • Analyze the pipeline in countries and steer improvements through best practices. ​ 
  • Work with other LHH stakeholders to make pricing decisions for countries within global framework. ​ 
  • Partner with the Global Account Directors on mutualized account management for large and strategic accounts with Country Vertical Sales. ​ 
  • Closely partner with LHH Country Presidents UK&I, Germany, Switzerland to foster global sales strategy.​ 
  • Champion and coordinate cross-selling efforts at Europe level including the development of referral programs, tracking tools, and seller engagement campaigns coordination. 
  • Lead the Monthly Ops CTM LD meeting with the GADs in UK and DACH and elevate this meeting to RS (P&L discussion; top customers KPIs, profits) 
  • Joins Country /Region monthly collaboration (all GBUs involved) to discuss the GADs business and country’s business overall.  Collaborates across the business areas on clients’ insights or contacts with Adecco, Akkodis and LHH at country level. 
  • Grow and lead the GADs in Europe, UK, Germany, Switzerland and Italy  
  • Stakeholder management, engagement and trusted relationship is across LHH is a must have and do for the success of the role.

  • Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends 
  • Strong command of LHH/TAG's 360° solution portfolio and unique value proposition 
  • Ongoing analysis of direct and indirect competitors to refine positioning 

Strategic Sales Leadership

  • Strategic planning across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons 
  • Leads new business development and strengthens existing client relationships 
  • Crafts tailored account and opportunity strategies focused on customer priorities 

Sales Excellence & Operational Discipline

  • Full and disciplined use of CRM tools (e.g., SFDC), pipeline management, and proactive sales campaigns 
  • Maintains accurate forecasting and ensures compliance throughout the sales cycle 
  • Develops strong stakeholder mapping and leverages the TAG ecosystem to support delivery 

Business Performance & Results Orientation

  • Uses data insights to drive and exceed sales targets 
  • Understands financials, pricing strategies, and tools to maximize business outcomes 
  • Skilled in value-based negotiations and contract closure, focused on growth and profitability 

Client Relationship & Influence

  • Builds and nurtures long-term, trust-based relationships across all client levels 
  • Acts as a strategic advisor, engaging C-level and cross-functional stakeholders 
  • Identifies key success stories and uses them to strengthen client partnerships 

Leadership, Communication & Culture

  • Demonstrates initiative, accountability, and a high-performance mindset 
  • Communicates effectively and adapts style to different audiences and cultures 
  • Promotes collaboration, continuous learning, and inclusive leadership 
  • Champions a customer-centric culture aligned with strategic business goals 

All About You

  • 15+ years of experience in sales leadership roles within enterprise sales, key account management, or commercial strategy.​ 
  • Proven experience in managing P&L
  • Demonstrated success in leading global sales organizations and driving revenue growth in complex, high-value B2B environments.​ 
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to engage C-suite stakeholders internally and externally.​ 
  • Expertise in consultative sales, strategic account planning, and commercial negotiations.​ 
  • Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams across regions and business units.​ 
  • Experience in driving sales transformation initiatives, leveraging AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making.​ 
  • Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
