The Target Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and facilitating the allocation and management of ADF targets (across all three services), nationally. This role is responsible for supporting target achievement by ensuring the services needs are appropriately allocated and understood across the national ADF Careers Recruiting Operations workforce.

You will:

• Coordinate the allocation of targets across the national ADF Careers Recruiting Operations team, in line with the national target fulfilment strategy and the requirements of the services.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the services’ needs, as well as the wider Recruiting Operations goals and priorities, to enable the most effective contribution to target achievement for ADF Careers.
• Take direction and guidance from the Target Fulfillment Team Leader, reporting on progress, performance, interactions with the services and any critical, as and when required.
• Maintain accurate record keeping and reporting, consistent with the framework established by the Target Fulfillment Lead, providing as required and requested to relevant stakeholders across ADF Careers.
• Maintain and provide accurate reports on target achievement (appointments), providing these as required and requested.
• Provide support to the Recruiting Operations team and stakeholders on target availability, maximising opportunities and leading with solutions to best enable targets to be filled with the right candidate.
• Carry out administrative and operational tasks associated with the target fulfilment function and coordinator role.
• Create and maintain a positive relationship with all stakeholders and colleagues, ensuring an exceptional level of service to the client (Commonwealth of Australia) to ensure a collaborative approach to achievement for ADF Careers.
