We are currently looking for highly skilled and technical professional to join our Global ITD Cost Allocation & Optimization Team.in the position of Senior Finance Data analyst.
Mission:
As a Senior Finance Data Analyst, you will be responsible for the accurate allocation and invoicing of central IT costs (Opex and Capex) to various legal entities. You will also play a key role in the TBM (Technology Business Management) project, ensuring correct TBM mapping of organizational units within scope. Close collaboration with Group FP&A, Group IT Center Controllers, and local finance organizations will be essential. Occasional travel may be required. This position reports directly to the Head of ITD Cost Allocation & Optimization.
Main Responsibilities:
Consolidate monthly billing files for central IT Opex invoicing to legal entities.
Prepare periodic billing files for central IT Capex invoicing to legal entities.
Analyze monthly TBM data through the TBM Dashboard, identifying and resolving issues in TBM mapping in cooperation with local finance teams and/or Group IT Center Controllers.
Support the further rollout of the TBM project throughout the Group.
Conduct various ad-hoc analytical tasks for senior management.
Provide support and education to local teams.
Assist with IT and Finance transformation initiatives as needed.
Contribute to a high-performing IT Finance organization by sharing best practices and training.
Qualifications:
BA/MA in Finance, Data Science, or a relevant field.
5+ years of experience in data analysis, business consulting, or finance reporting.
Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIF, MATCH, Pivot Tables).
Strong analysis and reporting skills, including complex finance/business performance analysis.
Experience with mass data management.
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, MicroStrategy).
Project management experience is a plus.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
