Senior Analyst FP&A

We are seeking a Senior Analyst FP&A to support guiding our financial strategy and enhance business performance on an international scale. This role drives the financial performance of the organization by aligning financial strategy with business goals, providing in-depth financial analysis, and collaborating with various business units to optimize decision-making. This position requires a balance of strategic thinking, technical financial skills and strong communication skills to instil a culture of financial intelligence across global teams.
What you’ll be doing1.FP&A Strategic Financial Planning:
- Partner with business units internationally to devise and steer strategic financial planning and forecasting.
- Collaborate with international business units to provide strategic financial guidance, ensuring a cohesive approach to financial planning and forecasting.
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of reporting for quarterly press releases, external disclosures, and presentations.
- Be a core contributor to and continuously improve and adapt the annual budget plan process to support Senior Management decision-making.
2. Business Analysis:
- Utilize technical skills to undertake comprehensive financial analyses and craft insightful reports to aid business decisions.
- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to optimize business operations and improve financial processes, leveraging all technologies available including Gen AI.
- Contribute to the development of models and analyses used to set and track Group financial goals.
- Preparation of periodic communications, memos, and presentations for the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee.
3. Stakeholder Engagement and Collaborative Partnership:
- Shape and nurture relationships with stakeholders across international domains, conveying complex financial narratives clearly and effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to assist in driving business improvements and the execution of strategic initiatives.
- Support stakeholders globally to foster a culture of financial intelligence and awareness across various international teams.
- Excellent expertise in Microsoft Excel. Understanding and previous experience with Power BI and Gen AI beneficial.
- Excellent PowerPoint skills, able to create compelling and insightful presentations for a variety of audiences.
- Strong team player, with customer-oriented approach, excellent problem-solving skills, ability to embrace and adapt to change. Able to work under time-constraints and tight deadlines.
- Fluent command of English (must), other languages are desirable.
- A highly analytical mindset, skilled in dissecting complex financial data to unearth actionable business insights.
- Ability to think strategically and contribute to the overall business direction while providing actionable financial insights.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights to all levels in the organisation and influence business decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, with a strong focus on project execution and driving results.
- University degree (Bachelor / Master) in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in finance, with a proven track record of contributing positively to business growth.
