You will join forces with talented professionals in the Finance and HR areas to shape the future of work @ the Adecco Group, providing in-house services and strengthening operational and financial excellence. We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team in the position of:
Record-to-Report (R2R) Tower Lead
As a R2R TowerLead, you will own the end-to-end Record-to-Report service delivery for our EMEA operations. You will lead a high-performing team, drive operational excellence, ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting, and support transformation and standardization across the R2R function. This senior leadership role offers high visibility, strategic impact, and the opportunity to shape the development of an expanding SSC.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Lead and develop an R2R team of 60+ professionals, ensuring alignment with business objectives, service standards, and operational excellence.
· Oversee General Ledger accounting, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and period-end close activities.
· Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting in line with IFRS, GAAP, and internal controls.
· Drive process optimization, standardization, and automation across the R2R tower.
· Support transformation initiatives, ERP enhancements, and SSC optimization projects.
· Collaborate with Global Process Owners, regional finance teams, and senior stakeholders, serving as an escalation point for complex accounting matters.
· Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and team performance, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
· Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, auditors, and senior management.
· Oversee documentation, SOP/WI maintenance, and process governance to ensure audit readiness.
Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
· Professional accounting certification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is a strong advantage.
· Proven experience in Record-to-Report processes in SSC or multi-country environments.
· Strong people leadership and ability to manage large teams.
· Experience in a similar leadership role is considered a significant advantage.
· Solid understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and period-end activities.
· Experience in process transformation, ERP implementation or optimization initiatives.
· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
· Fluent English; additional languages are considered a plus.
