You will join forces with talented professionals in the Finance and HR area to shape the future of work @ the Adecco Group, providing in-house services and improving operational & financial excellence. We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our transformation team in the position of: Wave GBS Project Manager FinOps:

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead the identification and mobilization of local functional project resources and operational backfills.
  • Support the preparation and updates of the Integrated Project Plan for the Wave.
  • Ensure coordination and enablement of project meetings within the governance framework.
  • Establish collaboration channels with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Communicate and manage action plans across all stakeholders.
  • Validate auxiliary systems for future functional operations.
  • Collaborate with Global Process Owners to validate global process design.
  • Work closely with PMO, Wave Business Leaders, IT Lead, and other key resources.
  • Oversee execution of Wave-specific project activities and risk management.
  • Report project progress to Business Leaders and GBS Transformation Lead.
  • Support achievement of the Wave-specific Business Case and propose gap-closing solutions.
  • Ensure SSC readiness for Knowledge Transfer and operational support.
  • Oversee documentation completeness including reference materials and desktop procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent.
  • 7–10 years of experience in GBS departments of a major corporation.
  • Strong project management and transformation experience in large-scale organizations.
  • Advanced knowledge of TAG GBS operations and IT toolsets.
  • Business case and project controlling expertise.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools, including Microsoft Office.
  • Program/project/change management certification is a plus.
  • Previous consulting experience is an advantage.
  • Strong relationship-building and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in English; local language skills are a plus.
