Responsabilidades do cargo:

Ø Prospectar novos clientes;
Ø Trazer novos leads;
Ø Realizar visitas comerciais;
Ø Ser responsável pelo relacionamento com os clientes e por gerenciar todo o fluxo da venda, da prospecção ao fechamento;
Ø Qualificar briefing junto ao cliente e propor soluções;
Ø Definir estratégia de precificação e escopo da solução;
Ø Elaborar e enviar as propostas comerciais;
Ø Propor e implementar estratégias de up-sell e cross-sell na carteira dos clientes;
Ø Utilizar diariamente os sistemas de gestão comercial para inclusão de informações quanto as vendas - Salesforce;
Ø Estabelecer interação contínua com as áreas correlacionadas às atividades de vendas;
Ø Reporte ao diretor da regional sobre os status dos processos os quais está conduzindo.

Requisitos:

Ø Graduação completa;
Ø Perfil Hunter;
Ø Atuação anterior com vendas de serviços;
Ø Atuação em consultorias de recursos humanos será considerado um grande diferencial;
Ø Conhecimento no sistema Salesforce será um plus;
Ø Inglês Avançado.
