- Suporte na operacionalização de processos de coaching, incluindo controle de agenda dos consultores e viabilização de demandas do projeto;
- Organização de fluxos e processos, garantindo que as entregas sigam padrões de qualidade;
- Relacionamento constante com participantes, RHs e gestores envolvidos nos programas;
- Agendamento de reuniões e sessões de empatia com os consultores;
- Elaboração de relatórios individuais e de acompanhamento mensal dos participantes, utilizando Excel e Word;
- Monitoramento de problemas e suporte aos participantes durante o ciclo do programa;
- Comunicação com clientes internos (vendas, pós-vendas, financeiro e consultores) e externos para resolução de demandas operacionais e processuais;
- Solicitação de acessos, licenças, links e outros itens necessários ao time global;
- Gestão e controle de pagamentos a consultores, garantindo que os fluxos estejam alinhados às normas financeiras;
- Garantir conformidade das práticas de projetos com as normas da LGPD (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados).
- Analítico(a), organizado(a) e com olhar atento para processos;
- Prático(a) e concreto(a), com foco em ação e resolução de problemas;
- Relacional, com habilidade para construir uma boa interação com diversos stakeholders internos e externos;
- Dinâmico(a) e flexível, apto(a) a lidar com mudanças de agenda e eventuais imprevistos;
- Boa comunicação escrita e verbal, com habilidade para escrever e-mails de forma clara e objetiva.
- Formação superior completa ou em andamento;
- Conhecimento em Excel (nível básico ao intermediário) e no pacote Office em geral;
- Habilidade com ferramentas de agenda e comunicação, como Outlook;
- Inglês básico ou intermediário é um diferencial, mas não mandatório.
