- Liderar os processos de Recrutamento e Seleção de vagas internas, garantindo a atração e contratação de colaboradores com perfis alinhados às necessidades do negócio;
- Apoiar na definição e implementação de iniciativas de Desenvolvimento Organizacional, com o intuito de apoiar o desenvolvimento de habilidades técnicas e comportamentais dos nossos colaboradores;
- Liderar projetos e iniciativas relacionadas a Clima e Cultura, identificando pontos de fortes e de melhoria a fim de potencializar nossa cultura e trabalhar na melhoria contínua do nosso clima organizacional;
- Participar de projetos globais, regionais e locais relacionados a RH, atuando de maneira próxima com o time de liderança LHH Brasil;
- Atuar em forte parceria com os times de RH LHH Brasil, RH Adecco Brasil e RH LHH LATAM, buscando por oportunidades de alinhamentos, sinergias e benchmarks;
- Liderar iniciativas de comunicação interna, assegurando o alinhamento e divulgação de informações importantes conforme necessidade da organização;
- Suporte nos processos globais de RH: definição de políticas de comissões, cálculo de PLR, ciclo de avaliação de desempenho, aplicação de pesquisas de clima, etc.
- Ensino superior completo em Administração, Economia ou áreas relacionadas;
- Atuação de 5 anos nas rotinas acima mencionadas;
- Forte experiência nas atividades de recrutamento e seleção, bem como de desenvolvimento organizacional;
- Experiência prévia no contato com profissionais em níveis de alta liderança;
- Inglês avançado é mandatório, uma vez que terá contato com o time global. Espanhol intermediário é necessário para os contatos com os profissionais de LATAM.
