- 1 – 2x por semana presencial, demais dias home-office.

- Relacionamento com o Mercado: participação em eventos, prospecção e relacionamento com empresas, para firmar parcerias com as áreas de Recrutamento e Aquisição de Talentos.
- Captação de vagas abertas: buscar e analisar oportunidades nos sites de empresas, consultorias de recrutamento e seleção, LinkedIn, portais de vagas, entre outros canais, visando apoiar candidatos em transição de carreira.
- Análise curricular: avaliar os currículos dos candidatos que buscam recolocação para verificar a compatibilidade com as posições disponíveis.
- Indicação e acompanhamento de candidatos: realizar e monitorar a recomendação de candidatos em processos seletivos.
- Gestão de vagas e contatos no Salesforce: administrar as vagas abertas e manter atualizados os contatos no sistema Salesforce.
- Suporte aos usuários em ferramentas digitais: prestar suporte a candidatos, consultores e recrutadores externos no uso das ferramentas digitais da área de Relacionamento com o Mercado.
- Contato com candidatos em transição de carreira: coletar informações sobre o perfil dos candidatos e esclarecer dúvidas relacionadas às indicações.
- Vivência com RH e R&S (especialmente ambiente de consultoria) são diferenciais;
- Proativo(a) e com senso de urgência;
- Excelente comunicação escrita e verbal;
- Organizado(a);
- Relacional, com habilidade para construir uma boa interação com diversos stakeholders internos e externos.
- Formação superior completa ou em andamento (Psicologia ou RH é um diferencial);
- Domínio do Pacote Office.
