RESPONSABLE DE SITE ONSITE H/F

Chez Adecco Onsite, nos équipes sont implantées directement chez nos clients pour piloter l’ensemble de leurs besoins en ressources humaines, dans des contextes de recrutement volumique.
Nous recrutons un(e) Responsable d’agence hébergée H/F en CDI pour accompagner notre client, spécialisé dans le secteur de la logistique, et développer notre dispositif sur son site à Saint-Martin-de-Crau.
Véritable chef d’orchestre du site, vous intervenez sur 5 dimensions clés :
Management & animation d’équipe
- Manager, accompagner et développer une équipe dédiée au site et les collaborateurs intérimaires
- Fixer les objectifs, piloter la performance individuelle et collective
- Fédérer l’équipe autour des priorités client et des valeurs Adecco
- Garantir un climat social positif et engageant en étant sur site au côté du client et des intérimaires
Recrutement & fidélisation des talents
- Analyser les besoins du client et piloter la stratégie de recrutement
- Rédiger et diffuser les offres, sourcer et sélectionner les candidats
- Conduire les entretiens et sécuriser les prises de références
- Mettre en place des actions de fidélisation et de professionnalisation des intérimaires
Pilotage de l’activité & performance
- Suivre et analyser les indicateurs de productivité, de rentabilité et de performance RH
- Contribuer à l’élaboration des budgets et prévisionnels
- Garantir la conformité légale et le respect des process internes
Développement de la relation client
- Conseiller le client et co-construire des solutions RH sur mesure
- Mesurer la qualité de service et initier les plans d’amélioration continue
Ambassadeur(rice) Adecco
- Incarner la marque Adecco et promouvoir nos expertises
- Développer des partenariats avec les acteurs locaux de l’emploi et de la formation
Entrepreneur(e) dans l’âme, autonome dans votre mission, vous faites preuve d’une forte orientation résultats et satisfaction client. Votre leadership naturel, vos qualités relationnelles vous permettent de vous positionner comme réel conseil auprès de votre client.
Polyvalent, organisé, vous savez hiérarchiser les priorités afin d’assurer un service de qualité.
Une expérience en recrutement, en intérim ou en gestion de centre de profit constitue un atout complémentaire pour ce poste.
Ce que nous vous proposons :
Rémunération attractive : 31.2 et 33.8 K€ de fixe + 25% de part variable
