De Large Hub Brabant zoekt een ondernemende collega die energie krijgt van samenwerken, schakelen en bouwen aan sterke relaties. Je werkt fulltime, afwisselend op Adecco-vestigingen in Brabant, bij de klant inhouse en deels vanuit huis.
Wat deze rol uniek maakt? Je bent onderdeel van zowel Adecco als de klant. Daardoor weet je precies wat er speelt en haal je het beste uit jezelf én uit de samenwerking.
Wat ga je doen?Als Client Specialist en recruiter voor onze Large accounts maak jij elke dag de match tussen klant en talent. Geen dag is hetzelfde.
Je zorgt voor de instroom van nieuwe medewerkers en verzorgt rondleidingen en trainingen.
Je werft, boeit en bindt flexmedewerkers met jouw enthousiasme.
Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor flexmedewerkers bij alle HR-gerelateerde vragen en voert regelmatig gesprekken over werk, ontwikkeling en welzijn.
Je staat dagelijks in contact met je klant(en), brengt hun behoeften scherp in beeld en zorgt voor een dienstverlening die verwachtingen overtreft.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige administratieve proces, van contracten tot tijdige salarisbetaling.
Kortom: een brede en mensgerichte functie waarin jij écht het verschil maakt.
Wat bieden wij?Brutosalaris tussen €2.695,- en €3.236,- per maand (o.b.v. 40 uur)
Mogelijkheid om 32–36 uur per week te werken
Flexibel werken, inclusief thuiswerkmogelijkheden
Jij kiest: 13 extra vrije dagen óf 5% extra salaris (in jaar 1 altijd uitbetaald)
25,5 vakantiedagen en vakantietoeslag
Reiskostenvergoeding, €34 netto onkostenvergoeding en een goede pensioenregeling met lage eigen bijdrage
Je hebt oprechte interesse in mensen en weet goed te luisteren
Je bent warm, benaderbaar en een stevige gesprekspartner voor klanten
Je hebt commerciële flair, signaleert kansen en denkt in oplossingen
Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en redt je goed in het Engels
Je beschikt over hbo werk- en denkniveau (ervaring is mooi meegenomen, motivatie doorslaggevend)
