Für unsere Niederlassung in Bad Kreuznach suchen wir Dich im Rahmen einer internen Karriere als Service Consultant (m/w/d).
Was Du tun wirstDu verfolgst das Ziel der konsequenten Besetzung von Aufträgen in den Bereichen langfristige Arbeitnehmerüberlassung und verbindest die Bereiche Vertrieb, Recruiting und Betreuung in einem 360-Grad-Ansatz.
- Erstellung und Schaltung von ansprechenden Stellenanzeigen auf verschiedenen Plattformen (Online-Jobbörsen, Social Media, interne Kanäle)
- Effizientes Bewerbermanagement - Sichtung von Bewerbungsunterlagen, Durchführung von telefonischen Erstgesprächen und persönlichen Vorstellungsgesprächen zur passgenauen Personalauswahl
- Individuelle Betreuung der Mitarbeitenden: Ansprechpartner:in für alle Anliegen während des gesamten Einsatzes – von der Vertragserstellung bis zur Einsatzplanung und Weiterentwicklung
- Erstellung von Kandidatenprofilen
- Akquisition von Neukunden sowie die Pflege und den Ausbau von Bestandskunden
- Du pflegst eine enge, vertrauensvolle Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden – telefonisch und persönlich –, nimmst Personalbedarfe auf, besetzt offene Positionen passgenau und baust langfristige Partnerschaften kontinuierlich aus.
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie idealerweise über Erfahrung in der Personaldienstleistung - Alternativ ist mindestens eine Erfahrung in der Personalbetreuung oder dem Vertrieb wünschenswert.
- Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und eine „Hands-on“-Mentalität
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Office-Programmen
- Du planst gerne strategisch und kannst Dich auf Dein gutes Urteilsvermögen verlassen
