Vos clients : Aucun secret ne vous échappera, vous les connaissez, savez les écouter, et proposez des solutions adaptées : intérim, CDI, formation, évaluation. Vous devenez une pièce maîtresse dans leur développement commercial.
Vos candidats : Vous dénichez les perles rares, détectez leurs talents avec des techniques modernes, et les accompagnez dans leur parcours : maintien dans l’emploi, montée en compétences, formation. Vous les chouchoutez, instaurez une relation de confiance et assurez le suivi administratif et sécuritaire.
Votre terrain de jeu : Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn n’ont aucun secret pour vous ? Parfait, vous utiliserez les réseaux sociaux comme levier pour trouver les meilleurs talents.

En tant que Chargé(e) de Recrutement, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans le développement commercial de notre agence et le succès de nos clients. Voici un aperçu de ce qui vous attend :
Clients et candidats, vos partenaires : Vos clients n’ont pas de secrets pour vous. À leur écoute, vous identifiez les solutions emploi qui feront la différence (intérim, recrutement, évaluation, formation, CDI Intérimaire).
Chercheur de talents : Peu importe où elles se cachent, vous trouvez les perles rares que vos clients attendent ! Grâce aux techniques d’évaluation et aux outils modernes, vous repérez les bons talents, anticipez leurs besoins, et les accompagnez tout au long de leur parcours.
Ambassadeur(trice) digital(e) : Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook… les réseaux sociaux sont aussi votre terrain de jeu pour sourcer les meilleurs candidats et valoriser nos missions.
Chef d’orchestre de l’emploi : Coordination, gestion administrative, contrats de travail, déclarations, sécurité et suivi : vous êtes au cœur des missions de recrutement et de placement, garantissant un service irréprochable.
