About the Team
The Sales Enablement Team focuses on empowering sales teams with the agility to close deals faster by providing them with the right content, streamlined processes, and data-driven insights. We equip sellers with the tools and information they need to engage effectively, adapt quickly, and deliver solutions aligned to our client’s challenges, ultimately driving higher deal values and shortening the sales cycle. The Sales Enablement Team sits within LHH’s Go to Market (GTM) function which focuses on the strategic and tactical execution required to promote the products and services to the market successfully.
About the Role
This role is responsible for driving the adoption of our sales and marketing tech stack toolkit. The role supports success and adoption of technology tools and platforms across the business, including providing comprehensive training, creating enablement resources, and tracking key metrics to measure the impact and utilization of these tools.
Specifically, the role is responsible for:
Driving Adoption of Sales Tech Stack:
- Promote and advocate for the use of sales technology tools among the sales teams across geographies and teams.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase adoption rates and ensure consistent usage.
- Support change management to drive adoption of sales technology
- Partner closely with IT team to ensure sales tech stack is fit for purpose, identifying gaps in & addressing adoption challenges
Training and Support:
- Create and deliver scaleable and consistent training sessions and workshops to educate the sales community on the effective use of tools such as Seismic, Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, SalesNav, Orum, and Lusha, amongst others.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to sales team members.
- Partner across the business to drive awareness of agreed sales tech stack
Creation of Enablement Resources:
- Build, implement and maintain training materials, user guides, and best practice documentation for each sales technology tool.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather insights and create resources tailored to the needs of the sales team.
Tracking and Reporting Key Metrics:
- Monitor and analyze key metrics related to the adoption and usage of sales technology tools.
- Generate regular reports to provide insights on tool utilization, training effectiveness, and areas for improvement.
- Use data to identify trends and make recommendations for enhancing tool adoption and performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve & enhance sales tech stack in partnership with IT and business, driving efficiencies in usage and optimization of systems & platforms
Reporting Relationships:
- Full Line report to the Global Head of Sales Enablement (based USA)

About you
Mandatory
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related role.
- Extensive knowledge of sales technology tools such as Seismic, Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, SalesNav, Orum, and Lusha.
- Strong training and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of project management principles and tools.
- Familiarity with change management practices
