The Service Integration (SIAM) Manager will establish, run and continually improve the I&O SIAM capabilty ensuring effective end-to-end service governance, integration assurance and coordination across internal and external service providers and stakeholders. This role is responsible for overseeing the Integration of IT services across multiple vendors, ensuring that all services are aligned, managed, and delivered seamlessly. This role ensures that ITSM processes and ITIL frameworks are effectively implemented withina multi-vendor environment. The SIAM Manager drives collaboration, ensures service delivery consistency, and manages vendor relationships to meet business objectives and service levels
What you’ll be doing- Lead and manage a team of Integration Managers along with the SIAM Practice and Framework Owner.
- To evaluate the current and future needs of services which require, or would benefit from, cross-Service Provider deliveries, in line with Stakeholder requirements ensuring a positive contribution to the organisation’s goals and objectives.Secure that governance & standards are in place and are consistently complied with by all integrated Service Providers, along with their respective contracted deliverables and obligations.
- Hold Service providers accountable for their financial commitments, looking to reduce cost through service optimization wherever possible.
- To be the agent of the customer exercising the parts of the contract related to the delivery of the services by the Service Providers.
- Ensure all ITSM processes are standardized and followed across all vendors
- Work with the ITSM Process Owners and Service Integration Manager to ensure smooth process execution and integration
- Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and third-party vendors, ensuring effective communication and coordination
- Liaise with internal IT teams to ensure alignment of ITSM processes with business objectives
- Accountable for the establishment and maintenance of the Service Integration and Service Levele Management frameworks
- Ensure that all integrated Service Providers fit culturally into the Adecco SIAM capability (collaboration, workflows & processes, lines of escalation and authority).
- Support SiAM managers in their work with the Service Owners and Partners, act as SIAM integrtation Manager for an agreed scope of vendors if neededTo lead a Task Force in establishing Service Ownership within ITD
- Provide regular updates and performance reports to senior management on vendor and service delivery performance
Work Experience
- Minimum 5 years' higher education in IT
- Experience 5+ years in ITSM or service management, with at least 2 years in multi-vendor environment or SIAM role
- Strong understanding of SIAM principles, ITIL framework, and service integration techniques
- Sound knowledge & experience of Process, Supplier, Contract and Business Relationship Management & Governance, KPI’s & SLA’s
- E2E understanding of the Service Management eco-system
- Good communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Good Team and Stakeholder Management
- Able to evaluate information, identify key issues and formulate conclusions based on sound, practical judgment, experience and common sense
Education
- University Degree preferably in a technical subject or any comparable education
- ITIL 3 foundation (Minimum)
- ITIL 3 Practitioner / ITIL 4 foundation (preferred)
- SIAM Foundation (Minimum)
