Responsible for the successful delivery of projects across the portfolio of countries where Adecco operates with global business clients moving to Talent Supply Chain delivery. The role will involve internal, and occasionally client, facing end to end project management using structured methodology & tools. Taking delivery related projects from concept to implementation and BAU review. The Project Manager will work closely with the Global Businesses/Adecco Management Team to scope and deliver strategic projects to change delivery and grow the revenue for global clients.
The Project Manager will contribution to the development of the central methodology for project delivery and manage the library of best practice to enable standardization of project related documentation.
What you’ll be doingKey Responsibilities
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Deliver projects aligned to Adecco and key global client strategic objectives – engaging with internal and client stakeholders
- Adopt a continuous improvement approach suggesting new initiatives to deliver service excellence
- Proactively engage all relevant stakeholders in the projects to understand the objectives, parameters and desired deliverables of the project
- Meticulous planning of projects and assigning actions to project resources assuming overall responsibility for completion
- Creation of all project documentation including but not limited to project briefs; plans; RAID Logs; Stakeholder Updates and Project Status Reports
- Chair project update meetings
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time and to budget
- Work collaboratively with all impacted operational, front and back office teams and ensure clear communication throughout solution implementation
- Build effective relationships with key client stakeholders
- Ensure all new initiatives and process flows/changes are documented
- Supports with project management guidance for the implementation function across the solution and sales life cycle – Pre-Sales, Implementation and Post Go Live as needed.
- Contributes to a library of standardized documents to ensure best practice is followed
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
- Experience in full end-to-end project management, providing demonstrable examples of implementing complex solutions, enabled by technology.
- Experience in business analysis – process, organization, qualitative and quantitative, data verification & assessment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including report writing and presentation skills.
- Skilled at handling a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.
- Experience working with a number of countries worldwide.
- Willingness to work remotely, within a virtual team.
- Fluent in English. Plus, another language is highly desired (French, Spanish, Italian, German, Portuguese)
- Strong internal and client relationship skills.
- Ability to identify and understand customer needs.
- Experience of managing concurrent projects.
- Ability to drive business performance through effective planning, resource management and the creation of robust processe.s
- A structured and logical approach; able to handle multiple tasks, think and plan ahead and build in contingencies.
- Knowledge of Smart Sheets & Adecco Digital Tooling is highly desirable.
- Understanding of structured project management processes.
- Understands how business strategy cascades into operational delivery plans.
- Prince 2 or any other PM related certification is nice to have.
