Mission

Inserito/a nel Team dedicato ad un importante Cliente del Gruppo, il/la candidato/a ha la responsabilità della gestione e dell'amministrazione del personale in somministrazione presso la sede del Cliente a Calderara di Reno (BO).

L'attività sarà declinata su 16 ore lavorative, il sabato e la domenica dalle 04.00 alle 12.30 (2 notti).

Responsabilità

Sarà responsabile della supervisione e del monitoraggio dell'andamento del servizio fornito, fino all'elaborazione della reportistica richiesta da Adecco e/o dal Cliente stesso.

Mansione

- Su richiesta del Cliente gestisce efficacemente e traccia qualsiasi problematica legata alla gestione dei lavoratori somministrati in conformità con i processi definiti.
- Supporta il Cliente nella gestione e nella supervisione dei lavoratori somministrati impegnati nei vari dipartimenti locali, in conformità con le policy e le procedure interne.
- Collabora regolarmente con i responsabili di area del Cliente, i Team leader e il dipartimento qualità.
- Fornisce feedback tempestivi e collabora alla gestione dei lavoratori somministrati.
- Assiste il lavoratore somministrato nelle sessioni di onboarding.
- Verifica la presenza dei lavoratori somministrati e si assicura che gli stessi registrino debitamente l'orario di lavoro sui sistemi presenze.
- Fornisce ai lavoratori somministrati tutte le informazioni relative al lavoro, inclusi orari, periodi di pausa, gestione e richiesta ferie ed eventuali modifiche sui programmi di lavoro.
- Si assicura che tutte le informazioni utili vengano gestite in maniera puntuale.

Titolo di studio

Diploma di scuole superiori e/o laurea triennale e/o specialistica.

Esperienza lavorativa

Minima esperienza in contesti organizzativi in cui il business è legato all'erogazione dei servizi.

Altri Requisiti

- Customer orientation.
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office e Outlook.
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese.
