About the role

Role / Profile Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and Experience Business Analyst with strong expertise in Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) and Salesforce Data Cloud to support the definition, refinement, and delivery of our GenAI and Agent reporting at group and country level. This will be used as the reference to drive country engagement and monitor adoption and performance.

This role will report to the TSC Engagement lead and will bridge business stakeholders, BI Reporting teams, and GenAI/Agent Innovations teams to collect requirements, design & standardized scalable reporting solution, and ensure data alignment and usage by the different community of users.

The ideal candidate understands how GenAI and Agentforce-type agents transform business operations, and how Data Cloud + CRMA enable real-time, cross-cloud insights. The candidate can translate complex business or/and local specificities into structured analytical and data requirements, ensuring our AI‑driven reporting is accurate and actionable at group and country level.

Mission

for our Global and local leadership team to:

Measure GenAI & Agent initiatives impact on Delivery performance

Follow up the adoption of GenAI & Agent in the countries.

Monitor our Delivery Data Quality improvement

Enable proactive forecast & insights on our Delivery management 

Drives Users adoption of Agent reporting

What you’ll be doing
  • Meet with key business representation to define and document Leadership &/or Local country business reporting needs on Agent & Gen AI.
  • Work closely with Agent Development and Implementation teams, Manager or Recruiters using Agents to foster collaboration and alignment on reporting
  • Ensure Agent & GenAI Reporting are properly tested, communicated to business users across the different communities.
  • Drive the Agent Reporting roadmap.
  • Analyze Agent related data and provide insights on adhoc basis.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives on Agent Reporting with Agents
  • Support SFDC Data Quality and Agent data quality continuous efforts
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the user community and establish best practices.
  • Provide training and support to new country or users of Agents reporting.
  • Support the strategic enterprise-wide implementation of Gen AI and Agent new and existing capabilities across countries, brands, including in depth testing and training of country Data Champions.
  • Ensure developments are compliant with DE&I regulation and TAG values
About you
  • 5-10 years of experience in a business administrative role in a service industry environment or an international organization.
  • SFDC Sales CRM system knowledge important.
  • Detail oriented, organized, flexible and reliable approach.
  • Very good analytical skills.
  • Excellent Excel skills and general MS Office.
  • Affinity towards software and interest in handling multiple systems.
  • Team player with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Good communication and contact skills.
  • Interest in working in dynamic multi-cultural & multi-disciplined teams, in a hybrid working model.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented work approach combined with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Business Fluent in English. Additional languages an advantage.
  • SalesForce / CRMA Certified Administrator is welcomed
  • SalesForce / Certified Agent Legend is welcomed
