Sobre a Posição:
Na Adecco Portugal, procuramos um profissional dinâmico e criativo que será peça-chave na implementação das nossas estratégias de comunicação e marketing, em alinhamento com as diretrizes internacionais do grupo. Nesta função, irás reportar diretamente ao Manager de Marketing, desempenhando um papel crucial na gestão da imagem institucional e no apoio às operações de marketing da empresa.
As Tuas Principais Responsabilidades:
- Implementação de Políticas de Marketing: Garantir que as políticas globais de comunicação e marketing sejam implementadas com excelência em Portugal, sempre em estreita colaboração com o nosso Diretor de Marketing.
- Relação com Meios de Comunicação: Escolher, em parceria com o Manager de Marketing, os meios de comunicação mais eficazes para maximizar a presença da marca Adecco.
- Gestão da Imagem Institucional: Ser o elo de ligação entre a Adecco e os órgãos de comunicação social, assegurando que a nossa imagem institucional se mantém forte e coerente.
- Análise de Métricas: Monitorizar e analisar métricas de desempenho das campanhas de marketing e comunicação, fornecendo insights valiosos para otimizar estratégias e alcançar melhores resultados.
- Coordenação de Eventos: Organizar eventos internos e apoiar a realização de eventos externos, como seminários e feiras, garantindo que cada ação está alinhada com a nossa estratégia de marketing.
- Suporte Operacional: Apoiar a estrutura operacional da empresa na promoção de novos serviços, garantindo a consistência da nossa imagem de marca.
- Gestão de Conteúdos: Desenvolver materiais gráficos, gerir a produção de publicidade e merchandising, e manter os conteúdos do nosso site e da AdeccoNet sempre atualizados.
O que Procuramos em Ti:
- Experiência: Mínimo de 2 anos na área de Comunicação e Marketing, preferencialmente em ambiente multinacional.
- Competências Técnicas: Domínio do Microsoft Office e bons conhecimentos de Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere e/ou outros programas de edição de vídeo/imagem.
- Idiomas: Bons conhecimentos de Inglês.
- Competências Pessoais: Excelente capacidade de relacionamento interpessoal, organização, e uma mente criativa voltada para a inovação.
