Nesta função, não estarás apenas a gerir processos de recrutamento, terás um papel direto no desenvolvimento do negócio e na consolidação da área, contribuindo para a gestão de clientes estratégicos e para a condução de processos com impacto direto nos clientes.
- A gestão e desenvolvimento de clientes estratégicos
- A identificação de novas oportunidades de negócio
- A condução de processos de recrutamento especializados e estratégicos
- O apoio e desenvolvimento de consultores mais juniores
- O crescimento sustentável da área
Principais responsabilidades
- Gestão de processos de recrutamento especializado
- Gestão e desenvolvimento de carteira de clientes
- Desenvolvimento de atividade comercial
- Apoio e mentoring de consultores juniores
- Negociação e apresentação de propostas comerciais
- Cumprimento de objetivos comerciais e operacionais
Perfil que procuramos
- Experiência em recrutamento especializado ou consultoria
- Forte orientação comercial e para o cliente
- Capacidade de gestão de clientes e processos
- Autonomia, iniciativa e sentido de responsabilidade
- Boa capacidade de comunicação e negociação
- Inglês valorizado
