CONSULTANT EN RECRUTEMENT H/F

Intégré(e) au sein du bureau de Paris, vous participez au développement de nos activités et accompagnez vos clients sur le recrutement de profils cadres et dirigeants.
Vos principales missions sont :
Définir et développer une stratégie commerciale sur votre périmètre ;
Développer des liens de confiance auprès de vos clients/candidats et être force de proposition tout au long du processus ;
Participer à toutes les phases d'identification : du recueil de besoin au brief de poste auprès du client, en passant par la négociation commerciale ;
Identifier et qualifier des candidats via des approches directes mais également de la chasse de tête ;
Conduire les entretiens et évaluer les candidats pour constituer une shortlist ;
Effectuer le suivi d'intégration des candidats.
De formation supérieure type école de commerce ou université, vous disposez d'une expérience professionnelle d'au moins 3 ans et avez impérativement déjà été amené(e) à travailler (ou forte sensibilité) sur des enjeux de développement commercial et/ou dans l'univers du recrutement.
Vous avez une expérience significative sur une des lignes métiers suivantes : BANQUE, ASSURANCE, LIFE SCIENCES, IT, SALES MARKETING, SUPPLY CHAIN.
Vous disposez, en outre, d'un esprit entrepreneurial et d'une capacité à conseiller mais aussi convaincre des interlocuteurs de haut niveau.
