Wat ga je doen?Geen dag is hetzelfde in deze veelzijdige rol! Jij combineert leiderschap met commercieel inzicht om de vestiging in Oss verder uit te bouwen.
Leidinggeven & motiveren – Jij geeft richting aan jouw team, stimuleert samenwerking en zorgt voor een positieve, resultaatgerichte werksfeer.
Commercieel – Met jouw ondernemersmentaliteit, klantgerichtheid en commerciële flair vergroot je omzet en marktaandeel. Je weet kansen te benutten en onderhandelt scherp, altijd met oog voor duurzame relaties.
Klantrelaties opbouwen – Jij bent de strategische HR-partner voor bedrijven in de regio Oss. Je denkt mee, adviseert en bouwt langdurige samenwerkingen op die écht waarde toevoegen.
Nieuwe klanten werven – Dankzij jouw commerciële drive breid je actief de klantenportefeuille uit. Je schuwt koude acquisitie niet en weet nieuwe contacten om te zetten in succesvolle samenwerkingen.
Strategie en groei – Je stelt doelen, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt samen met jouw team dat de vestiging blijft groeien en excelleren.

Waarom zou je voor ons kiezen?- Verdien tussen€4.000,- en €5.350,- bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring, plus een bonusregeling.
- Uitstekende arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronderpensioenmet lage bijdrage (3,25%), 5% ADV-toeslag in het eerste jaar en vanaf het tweede jaar zelf ADV-dagen indelen.
- 25,5 vakantiedagen, 8,33% vakantiegeld en eenleaseautodie je ook privé mag rijden.
- Fulltime functie (40 uur, 32-36 uur bespreekbaar).
- Volg trainingen via onze Academy, online en offline, en ontwikkel je carrière – nationaal of internationaal.
- Hbo werk- en denkniveau.
- Aantoonbare successen in sales en resultaatgericht werken zijn op jouw naam te schrijven.
- Prioriteiten stellen en overzicht behouden, zelfs onder druk, is jouw kracht.
- Snel en effectief schakelen met collega’s, klanten en kandidaten gaat jou goed af.
- Jouw motivatie en inspiratie tillen niet alleen jezelf, maar ook je team naar een hoger niveau.
- Kennis van de markt en cultuur is een sterke basis, bij voorkeur woonachtig in of nabij Oss.
- Uitstekende kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
