Dine arbeidsoppgaver:

Som teamleder for datafangst får du ansvaret for et team på seks dyktige kolleger. Teamet har en nøkkelrolle i å sikre korrekt og komplett datagrunnlag før lønnskjøring. Arbeidet omfatter både systembasert innhenting og manuell saksbehandling og registrering.

Du og teamet vil blant annet:

  • Hente inn og klargjøre data fra timefangstsystemer
  • Behandle sykefravær og sykelønn
  • Håndtere reiseregninger
  • Bistå medarbeidere med spørsmål og veiledning
  • Ha dialog med interne kunder og offentlige myndigheter

Rollen er operativ, og du vil selv være aktiv i prosessene samtidig som du leder og videreutvikler teamet.

  • Erfaring med personalledelse og økonomifunksjoner
  • God tallforståelse og øye for detaljer
  • Interesse for prosessforbedring og utvikling
  • Systemforståelse og evne til raskt å lære nye verktøy

Som person er du nysgjerrig, løsningsorientert og samarbeidsvillig. Du motiveres av å bidra til både teamets og selskapets utvikling, og trives i et miljø hvor prestasjon og læring går hånd i hånd.
