Humando recherche un Chargé d'Affaires en Recrutement H/F basé à Orléans (45) pour développer l'offre CDD/CDI.
Des déplacements sont à prévoir sur les régions Centre-Val-de-Loire et Pays-de-la-Loire.
Vous intervenez dans le domaine du recrutement CDD/CDI auprès de nos clients et prospects.
Vos missions :
· Promouvoir l'offre globale Adecco en prospectant les cibles clients / prospects tout en identifiant les besoins,
· Bâtir et négocier une offre commerciale différenciante de la concurrence,
· Participer à la définition de la stratégie de conquête en ciblant et développant son portefeuille sur son bassin d’emploi,
· S'assurer de la fidélisation et de la satisfaction clients,
· Veiller le marché de l'emploi et de la concurrence sur son secteur géographique,
· Sourcer, recruter, proposer des candidatures,
· Reporter son activité commerciale et recrutement ainsi que ses résultats auprès de sa hiérarchie.
Rémunération et avantages
Rémunération : selon profil, salaire fixe de 28.6k€ à 33.8k€ sur 13 mois + 15% de rémunération variable sur objectif individuels et collectifs.

Vos moyens professionnels : Ordinateur portable, smartphone, véhicule de fonction 5 places et carte essence
Vous avez le goût de la conquête commerciale et une expérience réussie dans ce domaine avec une forte appétence pour les ressources humaines, le développement des compétences et l’innovation sociale.
Vous avez une vraie aisance relationnelle. Vos qualités d’organisation et votre ténacité vous seront utiles au quotidien.
La connaissance de l'environnement des Entreprises de Travail Temporaire d'insertion et/ou de Travail Temporaire est un plus.
