Wir suchen eine(n) engagierte(n) Bid Governance Manager(in) (m/w/d), der/die mit hoher Eigenverantwortung, strukturierter Denkweise und ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke die Governance des Bid-Prozesses maßgeblich weiterentwickelt und sicherstellt. In dieser Rolle bist du zentrale(r) Schnittstelle zwischen Sales, Delivery, Sales Operations, und (inter)nationalen Stakeholdern und treibst die Prozessqualität, Compliance und Transparenz über alle relevanten Bid-Aktivitäten hinweg voran – inklusive der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Abläufen, Guidelines, Templates und Tools.
- Aktive Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung des Bid Prozesses – von der Analyse über das Konzept bis zur Implementierung - mit Fokus auf Transparenz, Steuerbarkeit und Governance-Qualität
- Sparringpartner(in) für Angebotsdurchsprachen mit Blick auf Bid-/Winning-Strategie, Kosten- und Preisstandards und Risikoanalyse
- Sicherstellen der Bid-Prozess-Compliance über alle Opportunities hinweg, durch tägliches Tracking im CRM-Tool sowie Abstimmung mit dem Sales Management über die nächsten Schritte (inklusive Eskalationsmanagement und Koordination auf globaler Ebene)
- Verantwortung für die Vorbereitung, Qualitätssicherung sowie Leitung und Moderation der Sales Approval Meetings (SAM) inkl. Tracking der Ergebnisse
- Schulung und Coaching von Stakeholdern in Bid-Management-Methoden
- Erstellung von Analysen, Reports und Entscheidungsvorlagen für das (Senior) Management
- Erfahrung im Bid- bzw. Bid Governance-Umfeld oder in vertriebsnahen Prozessen (mind. 3 Jahre)
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Wirtschaftswissenschaften) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation von Vorteil
- Hohe Eigeninitiative, Gestaltungsfreude, Sorgfalt und strategisches Denkvermögen in einer Matrixorganisation
- Sichere Kommunikation auf Management-Level
- Fähigkeit, unter Zeitdruck Prioritäten zu setzen und strukturiert zu arbeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
