- By telling the story of coaching and its benefits, you will inspire people to unleash their true potential with EZRA Coaching through a wide range of creative deliverables, including campaign concepts & Identities, digital ads, microsites, videos, motion graphics, print materials & swag, creative guerilla and social tactics, engaging presentations, and both sales & client-facing collateral.
- Use your passion for storytelling for good, helping people get the most out of their careers.
- Successful campaigns are deeply rooted in behavioral science, experience design and branding, paying close attention to connecting with our audiences via research and workshops.
- Look forward to partnering cross-functionally to overcome barriers to communication and adoption, all the while focused on expanding our impact on the world of work. Strong time management and collaboration skills are a must—because no one gets to great on their own.
- 5+ years of relevant internal communications, marketing and/or content writing experience (agency/consulting experience is a plus)
- Show a strong portfolio showcasing recent work
- Poses exceptional creative writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail
- Work with various client brands, build multichannel comms plans, utilizing B2C marketing tactics and innovative formats/channels
- Have an interest in psychology and behavioral science, particularly in how to influence and persuade via communications
- Demonstrate experience with concepting, putting together pitch decks, and understanding a creative brief
- Work closely with the creative leads and graphic designers to brainstorm and produce engaging content for a variety of comms and product touch points
- Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts for creative communication campaigns
- Provide detail-oriented work, ensuring projects are appropriately managed and delivered on time in collaboration with team leads
- Collaborate with your colleagues across the business to ensure consistency in both EZRA and client brands
