Le Responsable d’agence H/F coordonne le développement de l’agence Nantes Bâtiment & Travaux Publics et optimise l’utilisation des moyens humains, matériels et financiers afin d’atteindre les objectifs fixés.
Le Responsable d'agence H/F veille au bon fonctionnement de la structure, assure le développement commercial, garantit la qualité de l’accompagnement socioprofessionnel des salariés en insertion et le respect de la réglementation en vigueur.
Les missions principales sur ce poste sont :
- Assurer le développement commercial de l’agence (analyse du marché, élaboration et déploiement opérationnel d’une stratégie commerciale)
- Garantir la rentabilité financière de l’agence, en rendant compte à la Directrice Générale
- Manager l'équipe (7 collaborateurs)
- Garantir la fiabilité des éléments administratifs nécessaires à l’activité, à la mise à l’emploi des collaborateurs en insertion et au bon déroulement des missions,
- Veiller à la mise en oeuvre des actions d’insertion professionnelle et sociale des intérimaires
- Assurer la promotion d’Inserim auprès des partenaires du territoire
- Développer et animer les partenariats avec les acteurs institutionnels, du service public de l’emploi et associatifs du territoire

La personne qui nous rejoindra doit être autonome, avoir le goût du challenge, être force de proposition et tenace, avec un bon sens relationnel. Le poste nécessitera qu’elle connaisse le bassin d’emploi ligérien, le travail temporaire et si possible l’insertion par l’activité économique.
