Cosa farai

Sei interessato/a ad intraprendere un percorso di crescita in un contesto dinamico ed in forte crescita? Stiamo cercando una nuova risorsa da inserire all'interno della nostra divisione Sales (specializzata nella vendita complessa di servizi in particolare nel settore Logistica), a riporto diretto del Sales Director svolgendo diverse attività quali:

  • Scouting nuove opportunità di sviluppo business
  • Analisi del mercato di riferimento
  • Costruzione relazioni commerciali con potenziali partner
  • Gestione delle negoziazioni e di trattative lunghe e complesse, soprattutto su grandi commesse in stretta collaborazione con le altre funzioni aziendali (es. Progettazione, HR, Operations)
  • Gestione e Follow up dei clienti acquisiti e prospect
  • Gestione ed aggiornamento, con riferimento alle opportunità commerciali assegnate, del sistema CRM, in modo tale da poter effettuare analisi per supportare le decisioni commerciali;
  • Collaborazione e comunicazione continua con le altre funzioni del gruppo (Advisor e filiali dislocate sul territorio nazionale)
Chi cerchiamo
  • Laurea in Economia o equipollenti
  • Esperienza di almeno 3/5 anni in aziende di Servizi che richiedano un approccio commerciale consulenziale e trattative medio-lunghe
  • Esperienza di almeno 3/5 anni come Business Development
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Entusiasmo, proattività, spiccate doti comunicative e relazionali

  • Contratto: Contratto a tempo indeterminato con retribuzione da valutare in base alle precedenti esperienze maturate nel ruolo.
  • Buoni pasto + laptop e telefono
  • Sede di lavoro: Milano, con trasferte sul territorio nazionale
