Ti offriamo un’opportunità di tirocinio per immergerti nel mondo del recruiting e della selezione di personale qualificato per posizioni di Executive management.

What you’ll be doing

Che cosa farai?

  • Ti dedicherai alla redazione e pubblicazione di Job Descriptions sui principali portali online;
  • Avrai l’opportunità di apprendere le tecniche di ricerca diretta e head hunting per identificare i migliori talenti;
  • Ti occuperai dello screening dei curricula e dei primi colloqui telefonici con i candidati;
  • Sarai affiancato durante i colloqui di selezione, osservando e partecipando attivamente;
  • Ti cimenterai nella preparazione di dossier confidenziali sui candidati, da condividere con i nostri clienti.

Durante il tirocinio, ti guideremo passo dopo passo, alternando formazione pratica sul campo e momenti di apprendimento teorico, per permetterti di acquisire autonomia e diventare un professionista del settore.

About you

Chi stiamo cercando? 

  • Sei laureato o stai per laurearti (magistrale) e/o hai la possibilità di svolgere un tirocinio curricolare di 6 mesi;
  • Ti appassionano le Risorse Umane e, in particolare, il mondo del Recruiting;
  • Hai un’ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (almeno c1).

Ma, soprattutto, se sei una persona comunicativa, curiosa, organizzata e orientata agli obiettivi, con una naturale inclinazione al lavoro di squadra e al contatto con le persone, potresti essere proprio tu la persona giusta!

Un tirocinio full-time della durata di 6 mesi, con possibilità di proroga tramite stage extracurricolare e volto all’assunzione. È previsto un rimborso spese e buoni pasto.
