Cosa farete- In un ambiente orientato alle vendite, vi occuperete della gestione dei clienti esistenti e dell'acquisizione di nuovi ordini, sia per posizioni temporanee che permanenti, oltre a reclutare nuovi dipendenti per queste opportunità
- Pianificherete e gestirete in autonomia le visite ai clienti
- Sarete un partner affidabile, propositivo e orientato al servizio per i nostri clienti e candidati
- Amplierete nuovi orizzonti per conquistare la fiducia dei clienti nei nostri servizi e costruire partnership durature
- Gestirete autonomamente l'intero processo: dall'annuncio dell'ordine del cliente, alla scelta dei canali di reclutamento, fino alla gestione dei candidati
- Grazie al vostro spiccato senso per le vendite e all'orientamento al servizio, manterrete un contatto costante e intenso con i nostri clienti e collaboratori
- Gestirete e svilupperete autonomamente il vostro portafoglio clienti, sia in ufficio che sul campo, ampliandolo attraverso un'ampia gamma di attività di acquisizione
- Resterete sempre aggiornati sugli ultimi sviluppi del mercato nella vostra area di competenza
- Avete una formazione tecnica o commerciale e diversi anni di esperienza di successo in un ambiente di vendita o risorse umane
- Siete appassionati nel fornire consulenza ai clienti e supporto per le loro esigenze di reclutamento
- Come persona comunicativa e orientata al servizio, vi rivolgete proattivamente a clienti e candidati, ispirandoli e convincendoli dei nostri servizi.
- Le vostre capacità negoziali vi permettono di gestire con successo situazioni complesse, prendendo decisioni rapide e responsabili
- Avete dimestichezza con MS Office e conoscete i social network professionali e le tecnologie digitali
- La vostra eccezionale auto motivazione, un approccio strutturato e organizzato e il senso di responsabilità personale sono alla base del vostro lavoro proattivo
- Una patente di guida valida (Cat. B) è essenziale per questo ruolo
- Siete abili comunicatori, con una conoscenza fluente del francese; l'inglese costituisce un vantaggio
