As an HR Operations Consultant, you will provide accurate and compliant HR support across the employee lifecycle. From onboarding and offboarding to managing HR systems and responding to queries, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR service delivery.

In this role, you will play a key part in delivering efficient, accurate, and compliant HR support across the employee lifecycle. You will respond to HR enquiries, maintain up-to-date employee records, and manage onboarding and offboarding processes. You will also administer contracts, benefits, and documentation, while working closely with internal teams to ensure consistent and effective HR service delivery. You will:
- Respond to resolve Level 1 HR enquiries from the staff and managers and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Maintain HRIS, employee records and data with high levels of accuracy and confidentiality
- Ensure employee records are updated and compliant with policy and legislative requirements
- Administer employee benefits, contracts, and HR documentation
- Assist in the development, review, and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and templates
- Manage and maintain internal HR platforms and resources (e.g. SharePoint, knowledge bases)
- Collaborate with payroll, IT, and internal teams to support HR service delivery
- Own and proactively manage of the HR Ops Inbox, responding to and/or escalating queries in a reasonable timeframe.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding, including contracts, compliance documents, security clearances, and HRIS setup.
- Maintain up-to-date HR documents on SharePoint and ensure organisational charts are reviewed and updated regularly
- Manage offboarding by coordinating separation processes, security requirements, and final steps with key stakeholders.
