Grâce à son centre de formation interne, Adecco Recrutement vous offre un parcours professionnalisant validant une qualification BAC+4 donnant accès au métier de Consultant(e) en recrutement.
Intégré(e) au sein d’une équipe de consultants, vous acquerrez des compétences en développement commercial et en recrutement. Votre formation s’étalera sur une période de 15 mois organisée avec 3 semaines au sein de notre entreprise et 1 semaine de formation à distance avec nos formateurs dédiés.
Découvrez et apprenez votre futur métier auprès d'un tuteur expérimenté du groupe ! Vous interviendrez dans la mise en relation de candidats avec des entreprises clientes en recherche de talents, en utilisant des solutions d'intelligence artificielle pour améliorer l’efficacité de vos recherches et l'évaluation des candidatures.
Vos missions
- Vente : Identifier les besoins des clients, présenter nos offres de services en recrutement, négocier les conditions de nos prestations et entretenir des relations commerciales durables.
- Recrutement : Rechercher des candidats en maitrisant l’ensemble de nos outils (diffusion d’annonces, CV-thèques, réseaux sociaux, outils d'IA…) et réaliser des entretiens pour identifier le meilleur profil.
- Gestion : Être garant de la gestion administrative des dossiers et s’assurer de la solvabilité des clients.
- Notoriété : Participer à des événements locaux et au développement de notre marque sur les réseaux sociaux, auprès des acteurs de l’emploi, …
Votre formation :
Avec près de 600 heures de formation, vous apprendrez à élaborer une stratégie commerciale, proposer des offres sur mesure, construire un processus de recrutement selon les besoins du client, appréhender des solutions d'intelligence artificielle pour améliorer votre sourcing et évaluer les profils dans le respect des principes d’inclusion et de non-discrimination.

Titulaire d'un bac+2 ou bac +3 dans la vente ou le commerce, vous êtes capable de gérer plusieurs activités de front tout en ayant une forte appétence pour le développement commercial, le recrutement et l’innovation sociale.
Votre aisance relationnelle, votre sens de l’organisation et votre ténacité vous seront utiles au quotidien.
