RESPONSABLE COMMERCIAL H/F
Marseille, France Apply for RoleNous recrutons un Responsable Commercial H/F basé au sein de notre agence Adecco Médical à Marseille (13) et dans le cadre d'un CDD de 6 mois évolutif en CDI.
Rattaché(e) à la direction d’agence, vous avez pour rôle de développer l’activité commerciale sur votre secteur à travers la promotion de l’offre recrutement (intérim, CDD). Vous contribuez activement à l’accroissement des parts de marché et à la visibilité nationale de votre entreprise.
Vos responsabilités au quotidien :
- Développement commercial & Vente
- Prospecter activement les entreprises cibles et identifier leurs besoins en recrutement.
- Élaborer des propositions commerciales sur mesure et différenciantes.
- Négocier les conditions commerciales des prestations (intérim, CDD).
- Fidéliser les clients via un suivi régulier et personnalisé.
- Promouvoir les services additionnels et participer à la stratégie de conquête.
- Contribuer à l’organisation d’événements clients et d’actions commerciales ciblées.
- Relation client & qualité
- Assurer la satisfaction client, en évaluant la qualité des prestations et en mettant en œuvre des actions correctives si nécessaire.
- Suivre les comptes stratégiques et accords nationaux présents sur votre périmètre.
- Veille & partenariat
- Suivre l’évolution du marché de l’emploi et analyser la concurrence nationale.
- Développer des partenariats avec les écoles, institutions et acteurs de l’emploi.
- Collaborer avec les équipes recrutement pour répondre efficacement aux demandes.
- Gestion & reporting
- Analyser les indicateurs commerciaux de votre secteur.
- Renseigner et mettre à jour les bases de données clients.
- Réaliser les comptes-rendus de visites, de missions et assurer un reporting régulier.
Des déplacements potentiels sont à prévoir selon les enjeux stratégiques commerciaux.
Rémunération & avantages
Salaire fixe : entre 32 500 € et 36 400 € annuels bruts (13 mois)
Variable : jusqu’à 15 % du fixe annuel
Avantages : RTT (12 jours), carte tickets restaurant, télétravail selon charte, mutuelle, CET et Birthday Off.
Moyens mis à disposition : véhicule de fonction, smartphone, ordinateur portable
Vous êtes un(e) négociateur(trice) aguerri(e), à l’aise pour convaincre et établir des relations de confiance durables avec vos clients.
Proactif(ve) dans la prospection, vous savez développer un portefeuille et détecter de nouvelles opportunités.
Votre sens du service et votre écoute active vous permettent d’anticiper les besoins et de proposer des solutions sur mesure, y compris des services additionnels liés au recrutement et au travail temporaire.
Doté(e) d’excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale, vous adhérez pleinement aux valeurs de l’entreprise et placez la qualité de la relation client au cœur de votre engagement.
