Commercial Support Specialist, LHH Spain

The Commercial Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the growth of LHH's client base within their area of responsibility and helping retain existing clients in close coordination with the Key Account Management (KAM) team.
The role focuses on generating new business contacts, identifying commercial opportunities, qualifying target accounts through stakeholder mapping and market intelligence, and maintaining accurate customer information in Salesforce. The Commercial Support Specialist will also provide administrative and operational support to the commercial team while contributing to business development activities.

Responsabilidades
- Realizar llamadas y contactos con potenciales clientes tras el lanzamiento de campañas de Mktg., gestión de lead comerciales.
- Organizar reuniones y cerrar vistas con clientes para el equipo comercial, participando en ellas.
- Alimentar y mantener base de datos en Sales Force, Plataforma Internacional, creando nuevos contactos y empresas,
- monitorizar redes sociales como LinkedIn para buscar oportunidades comerciales
- Información y atención a particulares interesados en servicios
- Generar leads para aumentar el funnel de propuestas.
- Dar soporte administrativo al equipo comercial.
Formación y habilidades requeridas
- Grado Superior o Grado Universitario, valorable con formación específica en RRHH
- Comunicación.
- Orientación Comercial
- Planificación y organización del trabajo.
- Desarrollo de negocio
- Autonomía y constancia.
- Capacidad de trabajo en equipo de alto rendimiento
