Alternance - Assistant communication H/F

Nous recherchons notre futur alternant assistant communication H/F sur une durée de 1 à 2 ans. Vous intégrerez la Direction de la Communication Business & Métiers du Groupe Adecco et tout particulièrement l’équipe de la communication interne.
Votre rôle consiste à participer à la conception et à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de communication interne des filiales du Groupe (Adecco, Humando, Qapa, …) et des différentes directions supports (direction des ressources humaines, Direction impact social et environnemental, …).
Vous menez des actions de communication en collaboration avec toutes les équipes en interne (supports et opérations), dans le respect des procédures du Groupe.
Vos principales missions sont :
- Participer à la conception et à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de communication interne
- Analyser les besoins et les demandes de vos interlocuteurs en matière de communication interne
- Concevoir, préparer et diffuser les supports de communication interne : emails internes, articles intranet, script de vidéos, …
- Diffuser et vous assurer de la visibilité des actions de communication interne
- Suivre les KPIs de suivi de chaque action de communication interne
- Participer à l’organisation des évènements internes en digital ou en présentiel
- Réaliser la veille documentaire de communication interne et de benchmarks de concurrents

- Niveau d’études : Bac+ 3/5
- Types de formation souhaitée : Communication 360°
- Maitrise d’une langue requise : anglais
- Maitrise d’outils informatique : word, excel, powerpoint
- Expérience souhaitée/obligatoire : oui stage ou alternance minimum de 6 mois en entreprise.

- Vous avez une grande aisance rédactionnelle
- Vous êtes polyvalent et avez une bonne capacité d’adaptation.
- Vous aimez travailler en équipe et partager vos savoir-faire.
- Vous êtes créatif, de nature curieuse et sensible au milieu artistique.
