Compliance Administrator
London, United Kingdom Apply for RoleWe are recruiting for a Compliance Administrator to support colleagues from across the Adecco Group!
This will be a hybrid role. With a requirement to attend meetings at our London office (Liverpool Street), at least once per week.
- Validating outside of IR35 Status Determination Statements against insurance requirements to minimise tax liability risk
- Involvement in compliance / process change projects (e.g. National Minimum Wage updates, introduction of new legislative requirements, etc)
- Maintaining the Company intranet to ensure policies, processes and procedures are documented, updated, maintained and appropriately communicated
- Ensuring that reviews of business processes and associated documentation are completed within the appropriate review cycle
- Communicating updates to policies, processes and procedures to colleagues in a consistent, user- friendly manner
- Doc controlling and issuing to the Business any client specific contract flow downs
- Managing the Data Protection and Privacy mailboxes for general queries, and processing Candidate data deletion and subject access requests by liaising with various internal departments
- Monthly reporting to the business on mandatory course completion rates, IR35 assessments and other ad hoc reports
- Ad hoc support to the Legal & Compliance teams
- Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels
- Pro-active, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
- Efficient, highly organised with good planning skills
- Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Flexible, enthusiastic and a team player
Skills & Experience
- Attention to detail with an organised and quality conscious approach demonstrating good planning skills
- Numerate and detail conscious with the ability to analyse and draw conclusions from a variety of sources of data
- Good MS Office skills (particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- The ability to identify, understand and prioritise customer needs
- Experience in the recruitment industry would be an advantage
- Experience of MS SharePoint and Smartsheet’s would be an advantage
