You will have the chance to work closely with diverse teams across the globe, helping to embed sustainability into the very fabric of our business. You will help foster a culture of sustainability across the organization, strengthening capabilities within country-based sustainability teams, and driving best-practice sharing across regions. You will also play a critical part in supporting our global social impact goals and aligning Global Business Unit (GBU)-specific initiatives with our overarching sustainability objectives.

The Senior Sustainability Manager will report directly to the SVP Sustainability & ESG, working in close partnership with stakeholders at global, GBU, and country levels.

  • Sustainability Reporting: Lead the preparation of the Group’s qualitative annual sustainability reporting. In collaboration with the non-financial reporting team, communications, and subject matter experts, ensure that the Group’s ESG narrative is cohesive and compelling.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a key sustainability business partner, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to address evolving sustainability challenges.
  • Deputize for the SVP Sustainability & ESG: Act as a deputy to the SVP Sustainability & ESG, stepping in to ensure continuity in the execution of sustainability strategies when necessary.

About you
  • Proven Experience: You have 7-10 years of experience managing complex, global projects. Significant experience in corporate sustainability, particularly within social impact domains, such as human rights and inclusion, is highly desirable.

  • Exceptional Communication & Stakeholder Engagement Skills: You excel at building relationships across all levels of the organization. You have the ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across departments and regions. Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
