To support the consultant team and wider ICEO faculty with biographical and company searches for initial client meetings. To be client facing and to act as a point of contact for the ICEO faculty, clients, and alumni, and to support office operations where necessary.

In this role you can expect to
Key Accountabilities
- Provide support to the Head of Research
- Provide research on potential clients and their companies to the consultant team and the wider ICEO faculty.
- Carry out research on companies, markets, and other subjects as requested by the Head of Research for client delivery, and provide concise analysis of information from diverse sources.
- Perform searches using professional research databases and effective web search.
- Identify appropriate executive search firms and consultants for clients using various sources, including EG Gold, keep up to date search industry information.
- Manage and distribute client login details for premium databases.
- Meet and greet clients and visitors where necessary; ad hoc office support for clients; assist in the organisation and running of client and alumni events where necessary.
All About You
- An analytical mind, with an aptitude for research and analysis
- A very good eye for detail; thorough and able to analyse quantities of data, synthesising the results in a clear and presentable manner for client delivery. Adept at web search (some Boolean language knowledge an advantage) and with some knowledge of professional tools such as LexisNexis, Statista, and D&B Hoovers
- A good communicator who is comfortable with people—the role is client facing and we’re a small team
- Willing to help with client and alumni events
- Presentable and able to conduct themselves a professional manner—our client base is made up of senior executives and board level individuals
