HR Consultant – Oeiras (Projeto RPO dedicado)
Apply for RoleEstamos a abrir uma oportunidade interna para integrar um projeto RPO estratégico, dedicado a um único cliente de referência, situado na zona de Oeiras.
Procuramos um Consultant que pretenda assumir um papel consultivo, próximo do negócio e com impacto direto nos resultados do cliente. No âmbito deste projeto, irá integrar a equipa da ARE Lisboa.

- Atuar diariamente junto de um cliente de grande dimensão e elevada reputação.
- Desenvolver uma visão aprofundada do negócio e da realidade operacional do cliente.
- Assumir um papel consultivo e estratégico na área de Recrutamento.
- Trabalhar num modelo híbrido, com presença física alguns dias por semana em Oeiras / Carcavelos, favorecendo proximidade e impacto.
- Integrar uma estrutura que valoriza desenvolvimento, partilha e melhoria contínua.
Responsabilidades da Função
Enquanto RPO, terás como principais responsabilidades:
- Condução de processos de recrutamento end‑to‑end, garantindo rapidez, qualidade e alinhamento com as necessidades do cliente.
- Acompanhamento direto e consultivo dos Hiring Managers, promovendo uma comunicação eficaz e transparente.
- Análise contínua das prioridades do cliente e adaptação das estratégias de atração de talento.
- Garantia de uma experiência de candidato positiva, profissional e representativa dos valores Adecco.
- Colaboração ativa na melhoria de processos, propondo soluções que reforcem a ligação entre cliente e operação.
- Monitorização de indicadores, cumprimento de SLA’s e reporte periódico.
Procuramos um profissional com:
- 3 a 5 anos de experiência em Recrutamento.
- Inglês intermédio.
- Capacidade de planeamento, organização e gestão simultânea de vários processos.
- Boa capacidade de relacionamento, diplomacia e orientação para soluções.
- Resiliência, adaptabilidade e capacidade de atuar num contexto dinâmico.
- Disponibilidade para trabalhar fisicamente de forma parcial na zona de Oeiras / Carcavelos.
