Estamos à procura de um Trainee para integrar a nossa equipa de gestão operacional em Lisboa, com oportunidade de estágio profissional e desenvolvimento contínuo.
A tua missão
Como Trainee Gestor Operacional, vais apoiar a equipa na implementação, coordenação e monitorização das operações de Sales & Marketing, contribuindo para a excelência dos serviços prestados aos nossos clientes. Irás colaborar na análise de performance das equipas no terreno (GPV, Reposição, Promoção, Implementação, Equipas Comerciais de B2B), propondo melhorias e assegurando o cumprimento dos objetivos operacionais.
O que vais fazer
- Acompanhar a gestão diária de operações em clientes da área de Sales & Marketing.
- Apoiar na organização de equipas e recursos em função dos planos operacionais.
- Participar na análise de indicadores de performance e elaboração de relatórios operacionais.
- Colaborar com gestores operacionais, coordenadores e técnicos de recrutamento na execução dos planos de ação.
- Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos e ferramentas de apoio à decisão.
O que procuramos em ti
- Formação superior em Gestão, Gestão de Marketing, Gestão da Marketing Digital, Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Sociologia, Psicologia ou áreas afins.
- Interesse pela área operacional e pela gestão de equipas comerciais.
- Gosto muito especial pelo Marketing Operacional, Trade Marketing e Field Marketing.
- Gosto pela atividade comercial e trabalho com equipas de vendas
- Capacidade analítica e orientação para resultados.
- Boa comunicação e facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal.
- Espírito de equipa e vontade de aprender com os melhores.
